The USPS website says it has not received my package...

<![CDATA[<p>Actually, a trip to usps.com with the Delivery Confirmation you received from us states they have been electronically notified by the shipper (i.c. our computer&#8217;s shipping system that weighs each package and prints out postage). However, on the day you are notified we take all packages to the post office and drop them off at the business section with postage already applied.<br /><span class="caps">USPS</span> confuses things a bit as it states: &#8220;Please, note that it may take up to 24 hours before the acceptance scan for Delivery Confirmation is registered in the <span class="caps">USPS</span> mail-stream.&#8221; That may be true if you wait in line and have your package processed by the clerk.</p>


	<p>Also, note that <span class="caps">APO</span> destination shipments are processed at the final destination by non-USPS personnel, and therefore Delivery Confirmation Tracking does not apply. Delivery of Signature Confirmation number is <span class="caps">NOT</span> a tracking number! If you attempt to &#8220;track&#8221; the package on the <span class="caps">USPS</span> website you should be aware that the package is frequently <span class="caps">NOT</span> being scanned until it is being delivered, hence the name &#8220;Delivery Confirmation.&#8221;</p>

How long does it take to ship?
</title>

<![CDATA[<p>We ship most smaller items via <span class="caps">USPS </span>Priority Mail and larger ones via <span class="caps">UPS </span>Ground. Priority Mail takes between 3-5 days, and <span class="caps">UPS </span>Ground between 7-10 days. There&#8217;s also time involved in processing your order, usually a day, or two. Then, packaging and carrier pickup may take an extra day. Occasionally, an item will need to be picked up from a distributor or manufacturer. Lastly, not all items ship from Hawaii, and we maintain warehouse space on the mainland US so we can be competitive with shipping cost. If you need it in a hurry, contact us, but with so many factors and other companies involved we can&#8217;t make firm promises about a specific delivery date, so the above information applies in general.</p>

I haven&apos;t received my package!

However, you must understand that once it&#8217;s shipped, your package is in the hands of either <span class="caps">UPS</span> or <span class="caps">USPS</span>.</p>

Has my order shipped yet?

<![CDATA[<p>If you received a message from us with as subject: <span class="caps">SHIPPING PACKAGE TO </span>(YOUR <span class="caps">NAME</span>) then your package was shipped that day via <span class="caps">USPS </span>Priority Mail. If you had read that message you&#8217;d noticed a Delivery Confirmation Number. It&#8217;s <span class="caps">NOT</span> a tracking number, as <span class="caps">USPS</span> doesn&#8217;t track shipments the way Fedex does. If you went to the <span class="caps">USPS</span> website and entered that number it reports only a notification message.<br />Please, note that <span class="caps">APO</span> destination shipments are processed at the final destination by non-USPS personnel, and therefore Delivery Confirmation Tracking does not apply.<br />If your package was delivered the <span class="caps">USPS</span> website will report when and where.</p>
